• ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon ground all spice
• ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons all purposed flour
• 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) cold unsalted butter (cut into ½-inch cubes)
• 2- 3 teaspoons ice water
• 1 tablespoon sugar
