Ingredients

• 2 cups masa harina (280g)
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened (226g)
• 1/2 cup sugar (100g)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup vegetable broth (240ml)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups strawberries, hulled and chopped (about 300g)
• 1/4 cup sugar (50g)
• 1 tsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp cornstarch (for thickening)
• 12 dried corn husks (soaked in warm water)
