• 0.5 teaspoons salt
• 4 tablespoons peach preserves
• 1 lb 91% lean ground beef
• 1 lb 80% lean ground beef
• 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, for brushing on the grill rack
• 6 oz Queso Fresco
