Truffle Mac n Cheese Beef Burger – Heck Food Ltd

Ingredients

• 2 Steak and Butter burgers
• 2 burger buns
• Cheese (if you can get it, truffle cheese is delicious with this recipe!), enough slices for 2
• Salad (optional)
• 2 generous handfuls of macaroni pasta
• 1 pack of bacon lardons
• 1 tsp of truffle oil
• 1 tube of Primula squeezy cheese
• 4 squares of American cheese, ripped into bits (the orange plastic!)
• 100ml milk
• Salt and pepper, to taste
