• 2 cups (500 mL) all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) pineapple, well-drained crushed
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) banana, well-mashed
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
• 2/3 cup (150 mL) brown sugar
• 2/3 cup (150 mL) sugar
• 3/4 cup (175 mL) GAY LEA - Unsalted Butter, softened
• 3/4 cup (175 mL) icing sugar
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) GAY LEA - Unsalted Butter
• 1/4 cup (50 mL) cream cheese, softened
