Ingredients

• 500g beef mince
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 fresh chili, chopped
• 2 tomatoes, deseeded and diced
• 1 packet chili seasoning (Santa maria)
• 1 jar red jalapenos (Santa maria)
• 1 large packet chili or cheese flavored tortilla chips (Santa maria)
• 150g Cheddar cheese (Emborg)
• 150ml single cream (Elmlea)
• 2 limes, cut into wedges
• 2 ripe avocados
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
