Ingredients

• 1 pound minced beef
• 1/2 pounds minced pork
• 1 onion, finely chopped, about 1 cup
• 250 g chopped cooked bacon
• 3 tbsp sun-dried tomato paste
• 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
• Kosher salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 4 thick chunks of Jarlsberg®
• 4 hamburger buns
• 1 tsp hot sauce
• 65 g mayonnaise
• 8 thin slices of tomato
• 4 eggs for frying (optional)
• Non-stick spray
