• 1 lb peeled and chopped peaches
• drop orange food coloring optional
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
