- 500 grams all purpose flour
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 100 grams butter
- 350 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 90 grams chopped chocolate
- 1 medium egg white
