Lamingtons recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 2 Cups of Flour
• 3 teaspoon Baking Powder
• 1 tablespoon Mazina
• 125g Soft Butter
• 1 Cup Sugar
• Add 3 Eggs (ONE) AT A TIME beat as you Add the Other and so on
• Add 2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
• Add
• 1 Cup of the Dry Ingredients
• ¾ Cup SLIGHT LUKE WARM MILK
• 20 cm to 30cm in size
• 1& ½ Cups water
• 1 teaspoon Butter
• +-3 tablespoon COCOA POWDER
• 2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
• +-2 Cups Sugar
• 1 CAN RASBERRY COOLDRINK
• 3-4 tablespoon JAM (I USE APRICOT )
• 1 tablespoon SUGAR
