• 100 g white button mushrooms, sliced thinly
• 100 g chicken fillet, cubed / sliced
• 10 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced thinly
• 4 tbsp olive oil, divided
• 20 g butter, cubed
• Dried chilli flakes
