• 120 g bacon
• 20 g butter
• 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
• 50 g chopped sage leaves
• 50 ml flour
• 300 ml milk
• 180 g Castello® Cheese Bake
• 300 g macaroni
• 80 g Castello® Cheese Bake
• 2 slices sourdough bread
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 handful of fresh sage leaves
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp fresh ground black pepper
