Classic lasagne with Castello® cheese bake | Castello®️

Ingredients

• 2 carrots
• 2 sticks celery
• 2 yellow onions
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 500 g beef mince
• 1 tbsp tomato purée
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 tsp oregano
• 200 ml red wine
• 2 cans (each 400 g) of chopped tomatoes
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 20 g butter
• 50 ml flour
• 500 ml milk
• 50 g Castello® Cheese Bake
• 1 pinch nutmeg
• ½ tsp salt
• 12 - 15 lasagne sheets
• 180 g Castello® Cheese Bake
• 1 handful fresh oregano
