Ingredients
- 1 Classic or Low Carb Wraps
- 1 ½ tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1-2 tsp seeded mustard
- 25 grams each of sliced/shaved roast beef, sliced/shaved turkey & sliced/shaved ham
- ½ cup roughly chopped (rinse and patted dry) *cos/romaine lettuce
- 3 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1/3 cup grated cheese
- ½ dill pickle sliced into ~ ½ cm rounds
- Brown Paper to be 2-4 cm larger in diameter than the unfolded tortilla/wrap
- String, sticky tape or glad wrap to keep closed
