Caesar Horseradish Dressing – Orange Cat Community Farm

Ingredients

• 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 1-3 inch pieces of zucchini, peeled and chopped
• 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, or ground root
• 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 1/2 tablespoons light miso
• 1 tablespoon tamari (soy sauce)
• 2 teaspoons agave nectar or honey
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons oil
