• 4 tb Unsalted butter
• 1/2 ts Baking Powder
• 1/2 Stick unsalted butter
• 1 ts Ground cinnamon
• 1/4 c Sugar
• 1/3 c Water
• 1 c Unbleached all-purpose flour
• 6 oz Semisweet chocolate
