• 1 1⁄2 tsp coarse sea salt
• 1 tbsp peppercorn medley
• 2 tsp dried rosemary
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 2 tsp raw sugar
• 1⁄2 tbsp garlic granules
• 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1.5kg beef fillet (centre cut)
• Garlic bread
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 10 tbsp olive oil
• 1 baguette, sliced
