Ingredients

• 2 tsps (10 ml) vegetable oil
• 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1/2 pound (250 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) water
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) lime juice
• 2 tsps (10 ml) liquid honey upside down squeeze (billy bee/) optional
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) tex mex (club house)
