- 3 x 470g packets butter cake mix
- 125 grams softened butter
- 1 1/2 cup (240g) icing (confectioners’) sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- brown and blue food colouring
- 500 grams ready-made white icing
- pure icing (confectioners') sugar, for dusting
- 2 metres x 2mm wide white ribbon
- 1 egg white, beaten lightly
- 20 centimetre netting
- 12 double-pointed toothpicks
- 1/4 cup (35g) dark chocolate melts
- 1/2 cup (75g) white chocolate melts
- 3 black licorice straps
- 1 red licorice strap, cut into thin strips
- 1 fruit roll-up
- 8 small mints
- 1 mint slice biscuit
- 8 mint leaves
