- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 2 Tbsp any flavorless oil (Canola, Refined or Olive Oil)
- 1 ¼ Cup all purpose flour
- 1 ¼ Tsp baking powder
- ¼ Tsp baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- ½ Tsp grated nutmeg
- ½ Tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ Tsp dried ginger powder
