- 2 bundles asparagus
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 bird’s eye chilli finely chopped
- 2 limes 1 juiced and 1 quartered
- ½ shallot finely sliced
- a pinch sugar
- fish sauce
- olive oil
- a small bunch mint chopped
- a small bunch coriander chopped
- for frying oil
- (ideally egg noodles) 150g ready-to-wok noodles
