• 3 medium-sized sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 1 small butternut squash, peeled and cubed
• ¾ cup coconut milk
• 1 tablespoon Coombs Maple Syrup
• 2 tablespoons butter (or coconut oil if you’d like to make this dish vegan)
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon nutmeg
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
