• 1 onion, minced
• 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures e chez nous sliced leeks

• 750 ml (3 cups) of chicken broth
• 250 ml (1 cup) of milk
• 5 potatoes, diced
• 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of fresh savory, chopped
• Salt and pepper, up to taste
• 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of fresh parsley, chopped
• 250 ml (1 cup) of grated Cheddar cheese
