Pineapples and oranges, layered on a madira based soaked in Tequila and Grenadine, all fused with the best parts of a delicious trifle.
Ingredients
- 250g Madeira Cake
- 460g Pineapple Rings in Juice
- 2 Oranges
- 135g Raspberry Jelly
- 135g Orange Jelly
- 1 Tbsp Custard Powder
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Sachet Double Cream or Dream Topping
- Cherries (To garnish)
- Tequila
- Grenadine
- Triple Sec
