Ingredients

• 3 lbs wildflower honey
• 1 gallon spring water
• 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers
• 1 oz Fuggle hops (whole cone or pellets)
• 1 cup frozen mixed berries
• 1/2 tsp pectic enzyme
• 1 packet wine yeast (Lalvin D-47 or similar)
• 1/4 tsp yeast nutrient
