The Herbal Haze Mead | DishGen Recipe

Ingredients

• 2.5 lbs wildflower honey
• 0.5 lbs Light Dry Malt Extract (DME)
• Water to 1 gallon
• 1 oz dried elderflowers
• 0.5 oz dried chamomile flowers
• 0.25 oz Cascade hops (added at flame-out)
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 whole cloves
• 1 star anise
• 1 lb mixed fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
• 1 tsp yeast nutrient
• 0.25 tsp pectic enzyme
• 0.25 tsp wine tannin
• 1 packet Lalvin 71B-1122 yeast
