Ingredients

• 3 spring onion, cut into short lengths
• 150 g tenderstem broccoli, trimmed
• 100 g green beans, trimmed
• 1 courgette, halved and sliced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 240 g salmon fillets
• 3 tsp wholegrain mustard
• 3 tsp dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 orange
• 1 microwave egg fried rice
