St Clement’s Drizzle Cake from In the Mood for Entertaining by Jo Pratt
My grandma made the best lemon drizzle cake ever, so here it is with my little twist (the addition of orange). You’ll love it.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 175 g self-raising flour
- grated zest and juice of 1 large lemon
- grated zest and juice of 1 large orange
- 175 g caster sugar
- 175 g softened butter
