Cabbage Apple Slaw

Ingredients

• 1 Savoy Cabbage thinly sliced
• 2 Carrots grated fine
• 2 stalks Celery sliced
• 1 large Apple cut into bite size pieces
• 1/4 C sweet Onion chopped
• 1/4 C Jicama sliced
• 1/4 C Sprouts
• 1/8 C chopped Walnuts and Raisins
• Top with fresh minced Cilantro and Mint
