• 1 lb ground pork
• 1 C bread crumbs
• 1/2 C finely chopped onion
• 1/4 C finely chopped green bell pepper
• 1/4 C finely chopped red bell pepper
• 4 Large eggs, lightly beaten
• 2 TBS plus 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp coarsely cracked black peppercorns
• 1/4 C Ketchup
• 1 TBS brown sugar
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
