- 4 tbsp sugar

- Cream:
- 40 g vanilla pudding powder
- 300 ml milk
- 250 g butter
- 200 g powdered sugar
- Filling:
- 250 g chestnut puree
- 4 tbsp apricot jam
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 500 g crushed biscuits
- 2 tsp rum aroma
- For the Top:
- Melted dark chocolate
