Did you know you can make gnocchi in the air fryer? I know this isn’t a traditional carbonara, but it’s delicious.

- 300g (10 1/2 oz) gnocchi
- 100g (2/3 cup) unsmoked bacon lardons
- 3 egg yolks
- 40g (1/4 cup) parmesan
- Pepper
- Splash of skimmed milk
