Fiesta Taco Salad – The Spice Guy

Ingredients

• 1.25 lbs lean ground beef or turkey
• 3/4 cup water
• 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning 
• 1 head of romaine lettuce or iceberg, chopped
• 5 tortilla bowls or 1 bag of tortilla chips
• 1 cup of shredded cheese (Mexican Blend) 
• 2 roma tomatoes, diced
• 1 avocado, diced
• 5 Tbsp sour cream
• 1/4 cup chopped red onion
