• 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup of butter, melted
• 1/2 cup of sugar
• 1 cup of sour cream
• 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup of milk
• 1 teaspoon of onion powder
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
• Optional garnish: chopped green onions or additional cheddar cheese
