Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup diced onion
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 large egg
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 8 oz elbow macaroni (or pasta of your choice)
• 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
• 2 cups milk
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper or paprika for extra flavor
• Additional shredded cheese (optional)
• Breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter (for crunch)
