Kiwi and Chocolate Doughnuts
Homemade doughnuts stuffed with kiwi jam and chocolate ganache, and dusted with sugar. Easy, decadent and delicious – plus, they can be frozen.
Ingredients
- 400g Strong white flour
- 30g caster sugar
- 40g unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolk
- 20g vegetable oil
- 1tsp Vanilla extract
- 190g milk of choice
- 7g Fast action dried yeast
- 4 Kiwi
- 3tbsp caster sugar
- 170g dark chocolate chips
- 250ml double cream
- 2tsp cornflour
- 1litre vegetable oil
