- 100 grams margarine (melted)
- 1 egg yolk (white reserved)
- 1/2 cup pink rosé
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1 apple (peeled and diced very small)
- 1/2 orange (peeled and diced very small + juices)
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- large pinch allspice
- 1 tbsp pink rosé
- pinch cloves, nutmeg, and cardamom
