• 1 1/2 pounds Earthbound Farm Organic Broccoli
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 4-6 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 3/4 cups grated Emmanthaler cheese
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups half & half
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 1 pinch ground nutmeg
• 1 cup diced yellow onion
