- 1 cup Shortening
- 1-3/4 cups Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Sour Cream 8 ounces
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 pounds Powdered Sugar
- Milk (optional if the frosting is too dry)
