- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 8 ounces water
- 1 packet Bare Bones Instant Beverage Mix: Beef
- ¼ teaspoon instant coffee
- Fresh parsley
