  • 2 scallions , sliced thin
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon leaves (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
