- 2 red onions, chopped
- 1 red pepper, deseeded & chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 or more sweet potatoes, peeled & chopped
- 1 carton passata (or a tin of tomatoes)
- 1 tin kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 slurp (technical term) orange juice
- water
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp (or less) hot cayenne pepper
