• 3 tablespoon Oil
• 3 tablespoon Chicken spice
• 1 tablespoon Shan Tandoori spice
• 1 tablespoon Shan tikka spice
• 2 teaspoon lemon pepper
• ½ teaspoon crushed Ginger
• 2 heaped teaspoon crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon Green masala
• 1 tablespoon Dried Crushed red chillies
• 1 teaspoon Whole Jeeru (Cumin)
• 1 teaspoon Fine Jeeru (Cumin)
• 2 teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
• Salt to taste
• Red colouring
• 1 tablespoon Mustard sauce
• 1 tablespoon Steers garlic sauce
• 1 tablespoon Tomato sauce
