Ingredients

• 1 chicken cleaned and washed or 4 quarters
• 1 teaspoon garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon ginger paste
• 4 tablespoon plain youghurt
• 2 whole green chillies
• 5 teaspoon red chilli powder
• 1 tablespoon whole cumin seeds roasted
• 1 tablespoon whole dhana seeds roasted
• 2 tablespoon tandoori masala of your choice
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
