- 300g assorted fresh mushrooms
- 50g carrot, sliced
- 2 litres chicken stock

- 500g minced turkey
- 1 fresh egg
- 4 tbsp cold water
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 400g fresh water chestnut, rough chopped
- 250g white onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp premium light soya sauce
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 100g coriander leaf, chopped
