• 2 (28 ounce) cans stewed or diced tomatoes with juice, chopped
• 4 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 4 cups spiral-shaped pasta
• 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
