Ingredients

• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 454g 1lb thinly sliced rib eye or sirloin beef
• Salt, pepper and steak spice to taste
• 50ml ¼ cup store bought beef broth
• Garlic Butter:
• 15ml 1 tbsp butter
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 5ml 2 tsp parsley, finely chopped
• 350g 1 baguette, cut into 4 and sliced horizontally
• caramelized onions, optional
• 30g each 4 slices provolone cheese
• Bick’s® 50% Less Salt Garlic Baby Dills, sliced
