- 1 1/2 lbs lasagna noodles, cooked according to package directions
- 3/4 c fresh ricotta cheese whole milk, divided
- 1 1/2 c grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 c parmesan, grated
- 4 c whole milk
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
