Ingredients

• 1 cup macaroni pasta (any shape)
• 1 tsp oil
• water as required to boil to prepare macaroni pasta
• 2 tsp olive oil / any cooking oil
• 2 cloves garlic / lasun (finely chopped)
• ½ onion (finely chopped)
• 1 tomato (finely chopped)
• ½ carrot (finely chopped)
• ½ tsp kashmiri red chili powder / lal mirch powder
• salt to taste
• 2-3 tbsp tomato sauce
• ½ tsp pepper (crushed)
• 2 tsp cheddar cheese (grated (optional))
