Quick pan lasagne with raclette

Ingredients

• 400 g minced beef
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 shallot or small onion
• 4 tbsp tomato puree (tomato paste)
• 450 ml bouillon
• 400 g tomato sauce (strained tomatoes, alternatively chunky canned tomatoes)
• 200 g raclette cheese (Raclette Suisse / Seiler raclette cheese)
• 150 g mascarpone
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp oregano, dried
• Salt/pepper
• 1-2 carrots, finely grated
• Approx. 9 lasagne sheets
